Conservation Education
David will fight to ensure that our educational programs are at the top of priorities for Franklin Soil and Water Conservation District.
Government Outreach
David’s formation of the Government Outreach Committee has ensured that SWCD’s continue receiving their consistent funding streams from, and strong relationships with, the state government.
Funding a Strong District
Franklin Soil and Water is Ohio’s largest Conservation District. He will be fiscally prudent and ensure that multiple funding sources are maintained and strengthened, continuing this important work.
